Gate motors, card readers, keypads and intercom panels mounted on steel and masonry. We pull permits, run conduit, terminate the panel and leave the system tested and documented.
What we install
The hardware only works when the mount, power and data are done right the first time.
Heavy-duty gate motors mounted on masonry or steel posts with limit switches set and safety loops tested before turnover.
Mullion and wall-mount readers wired back to the controller with proper tamper switches and weatherproof back boxes.
Surface and flush-mount stations tied to the access panel with PoE or dedicated lines and tenant directory programming.
Door hardware installed on aluminum and steel frames with shear or surface magnets, power supplies and fire-release integration.
Panel programming, credential import, schedule setup and API handoff to existing alarm or camera systems.
Quarterly checks, reader cleaning, battery replacement and firmware patches on existing commercial systems.

Who's on the tools
Gate Secure was started in 2016 by a commercial low-voltage tech who got tired of seeing access jobs handed off between three different crews. We still run every pull, termination and test ourselves.
Most of our work is on tilt-up warehouses and multi-tenant offices. We mount on the materials that are already there, pull the right gauge wire and leave the as-built drawings in the panel.

We carry the same commercial lines on the shelf so repairs use matching parts, not whatever is on the truck that week.
Wiring diagrams, credential lists and warranty dates are printed and left in the enclosure.
